We are pleased to announce that in the last quarter of 2013 a key ownership changes were introduced within the FORDATA company.

Under the signed agreement, the main three managers and co-founders of the company: Aleksandra Porębska, Marta Kotwis and Aleksandra Prusator, completed a MBO process and bought the shares of the company out.

This step is a part of the consistent implementation of the company’s strategy and preparation for the next stages of its development. It is also a preview of the stage, in which we plan to implement changes related to the brand, introduce new products and enter new markets.

Within the past few years FORDATA grew extremely dynamically, holding a leading position in Poland in terms of the VDR services which are dedicated to support Due Diligence process. Our goal is to strengthen our position in Poland and CEE, as well as to work further on identifying the needs for secure management of confidential documents of specific industries, so that we are able to cater to them basing on the technology of  the Virtual Data Room.

A ‘buy-out’ – is de facto one of the types of transactions supported by FORDATA. The fact that we ourselves went through the process of M&A, helped us to understand the challenges faced by our clients, and we can now respond to your needs even better. With joy, as business experts, we will continue to support you in the effective implementation of different transactions.
