“Bank Ochrony Środowiska S.A. (BOŚ) cooperated with FORDATA sp. z o.o. (formerly Mergers Net sp. z o.o.) in connection with prospectus preparation regarding another public offering of Bank’s shares. The offer included 6,5 million shares: 6 million was offered to institutional investors, remaining 0,5 million to retail investors.
