Kujawskie Zakłady Poligraficzne DRUK-PAK S.A. cooperated with the FORDATA sp. z o.o. (formerly Mergers Net sp. z o.o.) company with regards to the organization of a virtual data repository, which enabled gathering of all relevant documentation of the Company in one central location. In order to ensure the highest safety standards, the Company has decided to make use of a dedicated application, such as the Virtual Data Room FORDATA.
In our opinion, the VDR FORDATA is an ideal solution for secure distribution of sensitive information. Safety is ensured not only at the level of the environment and infrastructure itself, but also any associated processes, which is confirmed by the ISO/EIC 27 001 certificate. Thanks to security mechanisms built into the platform, such as watermarks or the ability to diversify access rights to documents, we had a full control over sensitive information contained in the virtual repository at all times.
A particularly important advantage of the FORDATA VDR application is the fact that the system is very intuitive and user-friendly. Uploading documents, inviting users and granting particular access rights to files is all quick and easy, in fact, it is limited to a few mouse clicks.
It is also worth mentioning that the application offered by FORDATA is a “ready-to-go” tool, which did not require any IT implementation on our site, or any special knowledge on the part of our team. It is enough to have an Internet connection and a web browser. Thanks to that our documentation was available to the users of the system 24 hours 7 days a week.
We appreciate our cooperation with the FORDATA Team and the usage of their platform.
