A tool for group discussions on specific documents or folders
Discussions are possible between members of a project team. It can be composed of employees of one company or several independent companies, depending on client’s needs.
The aim is to offer customers a tool to work together as a team representing one side of the transaction (eg, legal counsel, financial advisor, corporate finance, auditor).
In addition to for example the possibility of marking documents as “Favorites”, adding files to the individual filters, searching of particular documents or even specific words within documents, there is another feature to streamline individual work on documents.
The new interface in “Notifications” panel
In addition to a discussion forum called Q&A, the “Notification” module is one of the functions dedicated to communication between the parties of the transaction. It allows you to send one-sided messages to e-mail addresses of Data Room users.
In order to increase intuitiveness and usability of this module, we have introduced a number of functional and aesthetic changes.
