Discussions raised during particular panels brought many interesting conclusions. We were especially interested in the “Mergers and acquisitions” session. Its participants agreed that “a crisis brings a lot of interesting aquisitions’ opportunities, but not every company can afford it.” Will the recession provoke a revival on the market this time?

Among the guests of the conference you may find people from politics, representatives of the government, investment funds, PE/VE companies, banks, representatives of the Warsaw Stock Exchange, brokers and investment advisers. Topics that will be addressed during the conference are to create a panorama of the Polish market, by focusing on the role of the PE/VE market in modernizing the economy, and the importance of mergers and acquisitions in the economic development. The event itself will also be a meeting place for public and private companies.
