FORDATA (formerly Datapoint) is a company founded and managed by three businesswomen, with rich experience in sales, IT and marketing.
The management team is focused on building the Company’s value, resulting in consistently carrying it through the next key phases of development. Starting from finding an investor, through a stable market position building, to the the Management Buy-Out, which is a preparation for the next stages of development.
Initiator and co-founder of FORDATA (formerly Datapoint). Currently responsible for key account management and sales development. Additionally, she is the Security of information and Protection of Personal Data Commissioner and is responsible for the operation of the company in accordance with the requirements of ISO 27 001. She graduated from the Academy of Economics in Poznan, in the “Electronic Business” specialization. She gained the industry experience in London, while working in one of the largest companies. Marta is fluent in 3 languages (English, French, German), which she considers her great passion. Privately, an amateur of marathons and a satisfied woman, who successfully combines roles of a mother and a business leader.
In FORDATA (formerly Datapoint) is responsible for brand management and building a coherent communications strategy. She is also responsible for the sales management and identifying new market opportunities. A marketer with passion and vocation, with experience in working with the biggest international brands from the FMCG, financial and IT segments. Ola graduated from the Academy of Economics in Poznan, in the “Electronic Business” specialization. Privately, rolls and snowboarding enthusiast.
In FORDATA(formerly Datapoint) is the IT director, also responsible for business development, including the identification of new development areas. A speaker at numerous business conferences. She gained her professional experience as an IT systems analyst in multinational corporations such as Procter&Gamble and GlaxoSmithKline. Ola graduated from the Academy of Economics in Poznan, in the “Electronic Business” specialization. After hours, she is passionate for travel, trekking, and climbing.
