New companies among FORDATA’s customers

The second quarter of 2014 in FORDATA resulted in another completed projects. Virtual Data Room FORDATA, a standard in the implementation of complex and confidential transactions, has been used this time by our customers for a professional execution of sale transactions, searching for investors, and privatization processes. The Companies were mostly from the energy, technology and production industries.

Our clients were companies such as PGNiG, Invado, RTA VC, KPEC, as well as EDF Polska S.A, a worldwide energy group, which is the country’s largest foreign investor in the production of electricity and heat. We have also completed another project in collaboration with the private equity fund Avallon.


With the PGNiG SA company, which is a leader in the gas market in Poland, we have co-worked during the process of searching for an investor for a subsidiary company Geowita SA. The Advisor of this transaction was TDI Corporate Finance Sp. z o.o.

With Invado Sp. z o.o., one of the fastest growing manufacturers of door joinery in Poland and a leading supplier of components for the furniture industry, we have cooperated during the sale of a 100% of shares of the company. The process ended with an investment agreement with Looser Holding AG. The Advisor here was Kancelaria Sołtysiński, Kawecki & Szlęzak.

RTA VC Sp. z o.o. SKA, one of the leading Polish suppliers of advanced technologies for medicine specializing in radiotherapy, cooperated with FORDATA in connection with the preparation of a virtual data room that would enable an efficient organization of Due Diligence of the Company.

Due Diligence of a Portfolio Company

Avallon Sp. z o.o., a Polish independent company, which manages private equity funds, co-worked with FORDATA to allow internal examination of one of its portfolio companies.

Among the companies interested in acquiring the company were: Enea Wytwarzanie S.A., PGE S.A., Fortum Power and Heat Polska Sp. z o.o. and ECO Energetyka Cieplna Opolszczyzny S.A.
