Document upload by drag&drop, assigning access rights to files at the upload stage, bulk upload and download of files and folders, automatic file indexing are only an example of features to enable quick and smooth file management.
Our systems provide upload of files in any format (Office, pdf, jpg, others). File encryption, watermarks and possibility to deny such access rights as file saving, printing or a print screen is possible for .PDF files. Our Data Room also provides protection against Excel files modification.
Starting from the possibility to receive individual alerts about new files, through two alternative, clear file views i.e. document structure (created after Windows Explorer view) and Document list and ending with adding files to ‘Favourites’, individual file filtering, private notes or group discussions about files/folders make the online document investigation as much pleasurable as possible.
