It is our pleasure to inform you that FORDATA was chosen as a Virtual Data Room provider in privatization of Boleslaw Mine and Metalurgical Plant S.A .

 

Virtual Data Room was specially designed to raise effectiveness of the key stage of privatization – corporate document investigation conducted by Potential Investors (i. e. Due Diligence).

VDR FORDATA enables the Company to manage documents effectively and share them with Potential Investors and their advisors using the highest  standards of security.

Thanks to Q&A  function available in VDR, the Company can actively communicate with Potential Investors – answer questions regarding uploaded documentation and inform quickly and effectively  about new files available in Virtual Data Room.

As a consequence of negotiations there will be selected a preferred investor who will have the right to buy 10 961 600 registered shares from the Ministry of Treasury. The amount stand for 86,92% of  Company’s capital. Face value of each share is  10 PLN which makes the transaction worth almost 100 million zlotys.

The Company would like to invest  the acquired capital on a 6-year development strategy which includes attaining new sources of raw materials and building new recycling factory.

Boleslaw Mine and Metalurgical Plant S.A  in  Bukowo 
is a modern mining and processing complex. The primary activity of the  Company is extraction of zinc and lead ores as well as the production of a high class: electrolytic zinc (99,999%), zinc-lead concentrate, zinc and casting alloys – wegal and zamak ,sulfuric acid.
