We would like to inform that Datapoint was chosen as a Virtual Data Room (“VDR”) provider in the sale of Crowley Data Poland sp. z o.o. (“CDP”). Virtual Data Room was used during Due Diligence i.e. CDP’s investigation, aiming to share Company’s documentation with potential investors.
The tool enabled to present Company’s documentation in a clear and structured manner. System provided unlimited access to documents to all investors at once, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The analysis of information was carried out in a virtual world, from offices of interested parties but the Company maintained the control and safety over shared files.
As the consequence of negotiations, on 29 of September, Crowley Data L.L.C and Crowley Data Poland L.L.C signed a conditional agreement to sell 100% of Crowley Data Poland’s shares to Netia S.A., for about 32 million dollars.
Acquiring CDP by Netia is an important part of the of Polish telecommunication market’s consolidation.
